            I dropped my truck off on January 6th and spoke with the owner and had an agreement about the work to be performed. On multiple different occasions I was lied to about available parts. I also found a kit which includes EVERYTHING that was needed (including the parts that they lied and said they couldn't get) for less than the estimate was calling for. Over 3 and going on 4 months now I've been lied to over and over about parts not available. So I called after each time I was told that the parts were unavailable and I verified that they could be gotten. I worked at the dealership where the parts were at so I can very easily find out. And I was told twice that's the kit I wanted was in, but scratched. However I was told that the kit was finally in and all we're waiting on now is headlights, but they are on backorder. So again I called the parts house and they said that they were IN STOCK. So after they said they finally got the headlights in and now the truck is heading to the paint booth and it will be ready (on a Thursday or Friday) . I get with them on a Monday and then AGAIN I'm getting the run around, but more than that they proceeded to tell me that they don't have the kit we had already said they had and was agreed upon and that they were going to just put it back together how they wanted to. Not how the agreement was when I dropped it off. So with the insurance there today (4 months mind you) the truck is almost the exact same as when I dropped it off 4 months ago. EVEN MORE DISTURBING THE CHECK THAT WAS MADE OUT TO ME WAS FORGED AND CASHED MONTHS AGO. Now after doing some research and a bit of digging I found out I'm not alone in this , and many customers have had the same treatment from this facility. I would very much recommend someone goes elsewhere. This place is BAD BUSINESS/ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. He had his wife in there screaming at us for no other reason than they know that they are in the wrong. Just a heads up. Now I'll be out of pocket on a lawyer.

            Mr. ***** First I would like to clarify the time line of your vehicle being here. It was towed in on 4 Jan 2023. So as of today (5 April 2023) you Durango has only been here for 3 months and 1 day. 4 Jan-4 Feb= 1 Month 4 Feb-4 March= 1 Month 4 March-4 April= 1 Month So 3 months total plus today. Also we are a shop that schedules out with customers for their repairs that have drivable vehicles BUT we also take tow ins that are not drivable like your vehicle when the customer ask. This so the customer won’t be out of a vehicle longer and we can work them in as soon as we have an availability to try to get it back to them as soon as can. Now with your specific insurance they have to come out in person and write the estimate for the shop to work off of. They did that on 5 Jan 2023. As this was the case with your vehicle. It was towed into us so we worked it into our schedule as soon as we could. Your vehicle would not even turn on or run so our tech had to figure out what that problem was before he could even get the vehicle into the shop to start the supplement process. Once the tech figured out the problem and we got it running on 26 Jan 2023. (Keep in mind we had other customers scheduled already as to why the time frame is 3 weeks apart) Now that the supplement process can start the tech began tearing the vehicle down and we got the supplement ready between the dates of Jan 30-Feb 3 and set up with he insurance to come out and reinspect the vehicle (this is the process of your insurance company) they came out on Feb 9 and did the supplement and got it back to us. As for parts they have been ordered a timely manner for when they were needed. We cannot help when parts are on back order, come in damaged from warehouse, or take a few days to get to the dealership from their supplier to us. As for the check issue you gave a verbal agreement on the phone that it could be signed and deposited so certain parts could be ordered. You also wanted different parts for you Durango that were not factory parts and were aftermarket which also takes longer to get in and you were also aware of that. Also we have video footage of this “screaming” incidence you are claiming that shows exactly the opposite that will be saved if needed for review. Just like we have video and audio footage from the incident when you picked up your vehicle. I hope you have a wonderful weekend! :)
