First, this is isn't a bank, is a punch of thugs who get out of their houses to steal a hard earned money from ordinary *********. My reviews with Cardiff can't be written here in its entirety, but will say the major points. They offered me a loan of 9.3%, but in return they have sent me a documents indicating the interest rate of 18% with 5 year term. I have sent an email from the loan ******** ***** to so-called VP, *****; however, no response was given. Three days has passed without replies to my emails, but surprisingly they would answer the phone. Now I'll tell you why, they don't want to leave any evidence behind, because emails can be used an evidence in the court of law in case of litigation. Secondly, they don't offer loans, but instead are third party. My loan was written by ******* Partners over in *********. Those people don't know that i was in business school before they got into a business of stealing other people's money in the name of Financial Institution. If this happens to you, make sure you call your Attorney General in your home state, write reviews on ******* BBB and other major reviews on the internet. Three weeks of time has been wasted, money has been withdrew from my account, yet no service has been received. This totally unacceptble in *******.
