              Customers since 2013, sold our house in July this year and they want us to either go back and rip out the system or pay them $1500 to cancel the contract. All of the equipment was already installed in the house, we did upgrade the control panel in 2018 as our old panel was outdated not sure the depreciated value of that panel is $1500. Every time we call and try and sort this out we get a different story, last call was prove you sold the house - go back to share our closing statement and they change the game to give us more money. Shady business dealings!! Now we are trying to get a copy of this supposed contract we are under, lets see how long they draw that out for.
