Returns:

We will accept returns on Ready to Ship items within 5 days of delivery. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover time lost, seller fees, etc. Refunds will not include shipping costs. Returned items must be undamaged or else the return will be declined and sent back to you. Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Return Shipping:
Contact us for the return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our listings that do not say “Ready to Ship” are 100% handmade to order just for you and therefore, are not returnable. Failing to read listing description information is not sufficient for a return. If a mistake is made on our end, we will make it right, just contact us immediately.

Sale items:
Only regular priced ready to ship items may be refunded, unfortunately, ready to ship sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you change your mind after receiving your flowers and want something different, you will need to place a new order for the new made to order item.

Order Cancellations:

At The SunnyBee, we want you to have the wedding you love! We hate to see you go but understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled. Cancellations will be honored as long as the items have not yet been made.  We reserve the right to decline any work that presents as incompatible with The SunnyBee design compendium. Additionally, harmonious working relationships are very important due to the high level of collaboration with our clients, and every effort is made to make customers happy. However, if despite our best efforts we are unable to make the customer happy,  The SunnyBee reserves the right to refund payment and cancel the order so that the customer may find a vendor who better suits her or his needs.
