            3/14/24 I made a return at JCP (with a receipt) a "return warning" printed out with my return receipt, that stated I may not be able to make further returns or exchanges with or without a receipt. I've always made my returns within the 30 day allowable and have NEVER made a return or exchange without a receipt in 40 years of being a customer. These purchases are always on my store credit card for verification. Upon requesting The Retail Equation's "Retail Activity Report" I noticed on every jcp.com order I placed and returned items their report was marked it as a "no receipt" return. This is completely false, as I have the original receipt & the refund receipt stapled from the sales clerk. I have receipts from every transaction I've purchased & returned (yes I'm that person!) The other returns I've made from a store purchase were coded correctly (with a receipt). It looks very concerning that these other returns were without a receipt, which is false. When you place a jcp.com order you pay when order is placed so there can be no theft or fraud, since that's what they're targeting. I want my file deleted and this unfair, incorrect information gone immediately!

            This got to be ran by some foreign company because in America, we are allowed to return things with a receipt so youre telling me that if I buy something from one of those stores that use this company that they will hold my returns against me. Why even shop there? I say we start a no return no business and I promise you they will do away with that, because this is crazy, I should never be told that I have to have a receipt and show my ID thats how they track you by your ID. Lets make it discriminatory for them to even ask for your ID when you do a ********************** with a receipt. Cause this mess here is gonna get a lot of companies loss customers they gotta lose customers behind this cause this is not OK not for me its not no I spend my money if I wanna return a** baby to return it on open and Seal still on it and that should be just exactly how that is. They arent running anything and whoever continues to shop at the places that allow you to not returning something with the receipt within 72 hours is not a company I think I want to deal with and I dont think I know I dont want to deal with that type of company, because if I dont like something, I should be given the opportunity to either no returns for nothing at all or returned with a receipt not with a receipt and my ID thats not gonna work for me and honestly its tracking you without your consent and that is against not freedom cause I should be able to give consent for someone to just track me track my speed ages. No no I wouldnt give anybody clearance to track my spending who do they think they are my husband
