We asked ***************** to come out to check the gas line on our fireplace. Something was not working. They sent out their "master plumber," ******. He showed me the total erosion of our gas pipe line. This was a dangerous situation needless to say. ****** not only replaced every part but he also did it without the slightest *** of dirt or soot on the carpet! We loved his neatness in all he did. While he was here he checked our water pressure regulator and found it had crept up to 120. Thank goodness he checked! It's supposed to be at 50. Our whole house could have flooded! He wasn't asked by us to check it but he said Bill Howe Plumbing requires their plumbers to always check it because it's one of the easiest preventable disasters for the home and many insurance companies won't insure you unless you have one updated. I learned that everything has an expiration date! We signed up for their family plan where they come out annually and check our whole house plumbing, AC, furnace, that everything is up to date and working. It's a great preventive plan but it's also about the same *** we would have paid for them coming out only to check one of them! It's a deal! The amount of care that ****** put into every detail was rewarding and gave us such peace of mind. He's a master teacher of plumbing for a trade school as well.
