    I called plumber to go to my rental property to ***** a problem tenant was having with the master bath sink faucet not working. Plumber called me with his findings. Also informed me faucet was going to be $179.99. I told him I wanted one less expensive & in the neighborhood of $100. After some further discussion about it, I asked him to look into it. Never heard from him again. ***** of Company called to go over the job that was to be done on Dec. 3rd., & I confirmed it. She claims she told me the breakdown of prices, including the faucet. She absolutely did not! I didn't even confirm the price of the faucet as I assumed the plumber I spoke to was able to get me one around the price I had requested The ONLY price we discussed was the hourly wage & approx length of time he would be there. A different plumber goes to the property to do the work. Arrived at 10:45, left at 1:30. I received an invoice charging me for 4hrs. ***** claims the hour is added because plumber made a trip to supply *** to get items he needed. Ok, I accept that, however, I can't accept that I was charged the $179.00 for the **** fixture, when I had complained it was too expensive. As I never heard back from the original plumber, I assumed it was taken care of. ***** refuses to adjust the price on this one expensive item I originally objected to. She claims she told me the prices before I confirmed the second appt. She is dead wrong as I would've picked up on that expensive faucet. I just want to be adjusted for the price of that faucet, as I objected to the $179.99 from the very beginning! I've told them I will pay the invoice, with the *********** ****** refuse to do it, because she says she told me the prices before the plumber went there. As I stated before we only discussed the hourly rate pay, not materials!

    Kitchen sink completely backed up. Called Quality and they had a tech (***) at our home in less than 3 hours. The tech was slightly delayed and Quality called us to let us know. We appreciated that. *** got to work and our drain works better than it has in years. The price was far less than we expected too. Thanks Shipmate! *****
