              On 10/20/2021, C2 Financial Corp contracted with me to do a VA appraisal for them. On 10/29/2021 the appraisal was completed and uploaded to the VA portal. The VA notified C2 Financial that the report was ready for them to download. C2 Financial acknowledged receiving it.VA rules state that the lender (C2 Financial) must pay the appraiser within 30 days of the issuance of the Notice Of Valuation. That notice was issued on 11/02/2021.As of today, 01/08/2022, over two months later, I still have not been paid. Emails to C2 asking for status have been ignored, with the exception of an email from ********************* of C2, sent on 12/20/2021, stating that my fee will be sent that day.After not receiving it I called C2 at ************ on 01/04/2022 and spoke with Joy, who told me that my check will go out that same day.Again, nothing.I don't know why they're not paying, but they do owe my fee.

              Worst experience ever with *******************. No truths. Horrible communication. This was literally the worst business experience I have ever had

              C2 Financial has looked into this matter and while we understand there was frustration, this was not caused by the **** *******************, it was caused by the Lender and the ************************************* As I am sure the borrower was aware, a construction loan is not straight forward and there are many moving pieces, of which cause confusion. From the investigation and communications sent over, it seems a if ************ did her best to be the go between, to explain the situation and to assist in this process, and ultimately Granite, the **** failed to communicate of which caused delays. The loan did ultimately close, and partly due to the over communication and requests for detail from ************, who was not willing to allow things to wait or slip by. While we understand the frustration, C2 Financial does not feel the review is deserved and stands by the *** who did their best to ensure the loan closed.
