      Mortgage was sold to another company and I was not made aware. I paid December and January mortgage to them. I have been trying to contact someone for a week via phone, email, and their website as the new loan company stated that LoanStream should have forwarded both December and January payments to them. No call back, no response, and they have not forwarded either payment to the company that bought my mortgage.

      I was under pressure due to a **** exchange. ************ was brokered by the lender i was working with.. ************ is horrible. Three Loans were financed with them for three single family residences. All three homes were very similar. Each loan ended up with a different interest rate. Two of the loans were similar. the third they took it upon themselves to turn it into an interest only loan. None of the loans matched the loan disclosures. The escrow companies all had a hard time getting accurate information from them. My loan officer was useless. She couldn't get any information from them. Basically this company does whatever they like. If i wasn't under pressure for my **** exchange, I would have never accepted any of their terms. Now they transferred my loan, It's been a clown show so far. For example, two of the loans, the payment went through on 9/1/2023. The 3rd payment was reversed. I am currently waiting to see why. Funds are and were available. Horrible company.

      Unfortunately, the ************************************************************* like to say about this company.Mid-January I applied for a home loan. I was originally locked with a 4% interest rate and 10% down. Its now April, I am scrambling to find a place to live because LoanStream did not process my loan in a timely manner. As a result of their lack of diligence, they allowed my lock to expire, presenting me with a new rate of 9% and an additional $10,000 added to my closing costs. When asked why, they stated that my credit dropped significantly since the original disclosure was signed. I knew this was false, I had paid off almost $5000 worth of debt since the original pre-approval, so I decided to take a look. Turns out they hadnt even pulled my credit since they did the original pull, so it was a nonsense excuse.Not to mention, they call me the morning of my closing telling me they need more paperwork. I rush to get it to them, and dont hear from them until the next day. Now the rate lock has expired, they present me with a new disclosure with an even higher rate, and MORE fees. They also proceeded to pull my credit again, AFTER sending out the new disclosure, leaving me just under the required score to qualify for most, if not all, other bank statement loan programs. I am now stuck with them, my only option is to sign this and pay 9% and somehow come up with another $16k, or void the contract for this house completely.I chose to throw in the towel. I would rather rent for the rest of my life than give these people a cent. Maybe in a year or so i will have recovered from this and can try again with a different lender. As of now, i have 20 days to find somewhere to live.Long story short- Loanstream will reel you in with competitive rates and seemingly diligent, helpful staff.. Once youre too financially and emotionally invested in them to start over elsewhere, they trap you.Biggest waste of time and money of my entire life.
