    On 8/12/22, I placed an order for a Breg shortrunner soft knee brace/extra small. Order number: ***** This was through their online site, shoporthopedics.com I paid $218.00 plus $14.17 taxes and an additional $23.98 for the brace. Grand total I paid was $256.15.I almost never do this, but I was sitting on the couch with a broken leg and needed it ASAP; so I decided to pay the extra $23.98 for expedited two-day shipping This $23.98 is what I am seeking from Shop Ortho Brace gurus. They offered *** two-day shipping, but although they can not in fact provide two day shipping.Apparently, in the smaller print they state that they there will be additional time to process the order. This is an unspecified length of time. No one would pay extra money (this item has free standard shipping) if they knew that they would not in fact receive items within two business-days. It makes no sense unless there is a definite arrival time which is stated at the time of purchase Thank you very much I did not receive the knee brace until August 17 days after the promised arrival time that I reasonably expected.This was a big hardship in light of my injury and need for the brace I contacted them numerous times both by phone and email requesting they refund the expedited shipping amount. They responded but would take no action despite their inability to provide what they offered

    Not only did the ComforTrac I purchased get lost in the mail for 3-weeks, when the package finally arrived 8 rivets that hold the side rail on are out & some are bent. Shop-Ortho has not responded to my email or picked-up the phone to contact me/ answered when I called.I also emailed ComforTrac (the manufacture) and told them the situation & the company responded with:"We are not sure why the supplier would rivet the device. We suggest asking them that question as the rails are already attached and do not need rivets for them to stay there"For the price you pay for these devices, you'd expect better quality and customer service. This place is an embarrassment.
