I am a paying client of this business and absolutely cannot understand how paying them in full and absolutely getting NO communication when I ask for updates can happen. They have interacted with me twice. Once to get my business and the other to threaten me that if I continue to ask for a status on a service that I paid for, I will be put under hostile filing. So Im basically being told to shut up and dont context them or theyll take even longer. I PAID YOU!!! Im allowed to ask for updates. In a time when I just want things to be done and final, this has turned into a nightmare. A very long one. Sad part is, I cant even leave my real name here because this too will put me under hostile filing. DO BETTER!! Communicate with your clients!!!!

THIS PERSON IS THE SPOUSE OF A CLIENT, NOT A CLIENT. We do not communicate with the former spouse of a client for reasons of client confidentiality. Below is verbatim an email from this person.Good afternoon,I am *******************, ******-wife regarding this matter.Can you please give me a status on the QDRO? I spoke with somebody regarding this and was told 1 and a half to 2 months total. It has now been 1 and a half months and neither of us have signed anything. Kindly give me a status as soon as possible. Thank you,*******************

Funny, you didnt respond to any of the accusations. I only contacted this company AFTER your paying client could not get any status updates. Then and only then did he get a response. Not one person was harassing you or your staff. All that was being requested was an update on a service that was paid for. If we are quoting emails verbatim, I can gladly quote where he was basically warned if I didnt stop harassing your staff, he would be filed under hostile filing. How is this a good form of business??? Never not once was ANY staff harassed. The point of this complaint is that this company holds clients QDROs hostage and will purposely take longer if they try to get an update. Period.

Horrible, The staff is rude. We paid them for a Quadro and 4 months later nothing has been done. I asked why and by me asking that I guess I was being hostile. I asked to speak with a manager and the Women ***** refused to let me speak to her boss and hung up on me. They are very unprofessional not to mention extremely sarcastic and condescending. If considering them to do a job for you I would either reconsider or make absolute sure that you while dealing with them you don't ask why or what's taking so long because you will be hung up on and left to find another to do the job the right way. Without a refund I might add.

We have been very patient with **************. We've had 3 staff members explain to ******************* that her ex-husband's social security number is listed in her settlement agreement twice and each listing conflicts with the other. When it comes to legal documents, the ********** of ***** (DOL) and the Courts must have accurate social security numbers and typos must be corrected with an additional court filing explaining the error. We have offered to provide the client with discounted services to assist her to correct the typos in her marital settlement agreement in order that the Courts and DOL will accept the documents, but ************** insists that we simply explain her typo to the Courts and DOL. We have tried everything we can to explain to ************** that these regulatory bodies absolutely demand that the social security numbers match. We have already duplicated efforts for ************** due to mistaken documents she sent which were never signed by the parties. ************** initially provided us with a Stipulation of Settlement dated September 1, 2020 indicating that she was awarded a portion of the defined contribution plan AND the pension plan. Our staff members spent several hours attempting to confirm the award thru the Courts public record and found that language to not be in the Court documents. ************** finally realized that she sent us the wrong documents by accident. She finally sent the final documents from the Stipulation of Settlement dated November 21, 2020 which does not award her with a share of the pension plan but which contains the typo as to Anthonys social security number. This remains the legal stumbling block requiring a possible Addendum to Judgment to resolve. Typos may seem irrelevant, but in a legal document, typos can render the order null and void.While we understand that ************** is frustrated that legal processes will not allow for her typos, we have already provided several hundred dollars of free legal assistance trying to certify the first two sets of documents which were never signed and the second set of documents which contain the *** typo. We have offered to help the client correct the typo with the Court, but our attorneys cannot take on legal liability for any case correction to documents she prepared before engaging Legal Dynamics without payment for such representation. We have offered to represent her for the typo correction for half our normal fee, but the client demands we fix her typos through the Courts for free. No law practice can correct errors in documents prepared by others without engagement, which means ************** must pay for the services which we have offered at 50% off.Best regards.K.C.
