    Worst experience, this company doesnt care about their customers in the slightest. We bought our kids the dolphin encounter for Christmas (we bought this on Black Friday) we were sch to fly to CA Dec 28th but then our flights were cancelled with S.W, we had to change everything, our hotels, **********, great wolf lodge and seaworld. SEAWORLD was the only company that wouldnt change our dolphin encounter that I payed for. The customer service is terrible and I was on hold with them a disgusting amount of time trying to get this resolved . I finally spoke to one supervisor that seemed like she was going to help me but she didnt rebook this encounter and this conversation was all for nothing.. I had to call back, cus I never got my promised email about a diff. day sch. for this dolphin encounter. That supervisor said she would notate our conversation so when I called back they said they can see what she put in the notes but they cannot honor it. I asked to speak to the Head supervisor funny but that Head supervisor would not give me her name? She stated I would have to rebook the encounter for TRIPLE the price if we wanted to. She also stated on Jan 1st that she would give us a refund for the Black Friday deal we got so shes refunding me $138 but now Im being charged $276. Well since it was my kids Christmas I did it.. Funny thing I never received the refund and today is Jan 18th. So now this encounter cost me nearly $400, Remind you this is outside the cost of our tickets and all the other things we purchased. That supervisor emailed me from seaworld ***** gardens promising me of a refund. When she sent that email, she didnt put her name. I told her that and all she said is mam your email is sufficient enough well I call ********. The first supervisor lied to me even though she documented our conversation, and the following supervisor didnt back it, and we never received our promised refund.. wow, this is your management?
