December 27th, 2021.Veni-express contacted me on Dec 27th to schedule an appointment on Tuesday to which I was unavailable and they decided to end the call instead of finding a different available appointment. They did not recontact me until Tuesday and stated that they only had appointments within 2-hour windows. I had previously booked appointment times and had never booked appointment windows and found their offer unprofessional. They said they could not make any appointment times and ended the call. Later that day I received a call from another service provider who offered to give me an appointment time, however, I informed her that she would need to pass health clearance which required covid vaccination. To which she stated she was unvaccinated and therefore ineligible to enter the facility. I then had no further contact from anyone in that agency that day. Then Thursday received a call at 10:15 am informing me that the service provider will be 30 minutes late to a non-scheduled appointment. I was confused and told them I had already made plans for that time. The phone representative then informed me that they do not make appointment times, only appointment intervals. To which I said that it was ******** because I had only previously booked appointment times. She did not appreciate the language and we concluded our conversation.To date, I have not heard back from them at all and the lab work has not been done.
