Very responsive and customer focused! I submitted a request online and received a call within a few minutes! I was able to schedule immediately. The team kept me well informed via text and phone calls. And a human answers the phone which never happens anymore! The technician was detail oriented and knowledgeable. We had United replace a charred electrical outlet. From the person who answered the phone to the on-site electrician, ******, they could not have been nicer or more professional. United installed a new electrical panel at our house. Everyone I spoke with was so nice and knowledgeable , especially the man who came and did the installation. They took care of all permits needed am showed up on time and completed the job on time. They did a super job and I highly recommend them.Review from Michael G

United responded right away, they were very accommodating and friendly. The tec, ************************* was fantastic, very personable and professional. He took his time and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Couldn't have been happier with his performance.
