****** really redeemed my thoughts about Monterey Financial. When I began receiving calls I had no idea who they were affiliated with, how much I owed, why they thought I owed them or any details. Slowly l began understanding what purchase they we calling in relation to but then I started getting calls about using my tax refund to pay them which made it seem like a scam and I was very reluctant to do any kind of business with them. BUT THEN ****** called and from start the finish she listened and sorted thru all the confusion and now Im in a better place with paying off my purchase.Monterey Financial Services LLC Response
