I got bullied by PM ************** on 8/24/22. He came in to the meeting with the intention to attack me. ****** is a big man over 6' tall, 300#. I am a petite 5'2" 150# Asian American. I am a returning loyal customer since **** with a kitchen remodel and a 225 sf 3 bedrooms addition in 2021. ****** yelled at me over the phone on Monday 8/22/22 that I didn't know about trusses. I didn't argue because I had to take my daughter to school. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical *********** from ****** of *********** at ********* in ****. I helped build the ********************* ***** Women and Children hospital with 158 rooms, ******* sf with ******** Construction in 2008.On 8/19/22, I went down to the City of ***** permits and spoke to Inspector *************************. He said that Marrokal "mismanagement, miscommunication, and no show on work site". ***** drove up and down my street and did not see the ******* Manager on site on June 14 for inspection. On the timeline, there were very little to no activity on 5/2/22 to 7/8/22. It took Marrokal over a month to check off the trusses. I am very disappointed with this second round with Marrokal where I am paying $1000 per sf.At the Marrokal-******* meeting on 8/24/22, ************************ me in front of my husband *************************, Architect *********************** and ******* site manager *******************************. ****** did not recognize my husband ************************* presence. In the newly constructed bedroom 3, ****** told me he was going to rip out the wall. I started crying, left the room, and came back to tell ****** adamantly that I paid for the wall $2800. He refunded me $350 for the wall on 8/29/22. I didn't want the money. I wanted him to speed up the project.The project was first promised to be done by Labor Day by PM *****************. Then promise by *********************** by **********. Young ******* Manager ******************************* is working his hardest to get this job completed ASAP. He saw my 13 yo daughter sleeping in a closet.

We are working diligently to complete her project. We hope she is satisfied with the end result.

Very disappointing! Will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. We entrusted Marrokal with an addition to our home and from start to finish, were not only lied to, but taken total advantage of. To date, and three years post construction, we still have unfinished issues that, require attention. We have contacted them to come out to resolve such issues and all they can do is shun the blame, not standing by their work product or labor. We are being forced now, to go directly to manufacturers. They have used inferior materials and charged us for prime!In addition, we went through 3 different Project managers, all of whom have left the company, so there is hardly any recourse and a great turn around in their staff. They ripped us off in terms of costs and initial quotes vs. actual. We were so disappointed and found out after the fact, that we are not the only ones to have had the same experience. Their customer service is shocking and follow through not what we expected.

We visited the client to investigate a water hammer caused by the kitchen faucet. The faucet was provided by the client and has a lifetime warranty. Grohe sprayers have a reputation for washers going bad and we provided this information to the client so they could request a replacement. We would happily install the replacement washer once they receive it.
