              I have paid for an ******* warranty based on the fact that oil changes were included. I recently cancelled 3/11/2024 because the first time I asked for one, I was told that specialty oils were not included and so it is not covered by the warranty. I have used this warranty since April 2023, and used the same car this whole time. It was dishonest to not include a review or breakdown of potential costs related to the type of car I have and the care needed until the day of. If I had known, I would not have been a customer for almost a year (Platinum Coverage $183.25 with a $100 down payment). When I complained to the business about this, they dismissed me and were insensitive to my concerns as a customer. Ideally, I'll be refunded for the last month + the service since the service cost over $300. They offered me $60 off to not drop my coverage.

              SCAM!!!!!! I paid my deposit and 5 monthly payments. When it came time to file a claim, they only approved $300 of what the dealer submitted. So I cancelled my policy after I found this out. Now they won't even pay the $300 even though it had been approved before I cancelled. I didn't even submit a towing bill, car rental or oil change/tire rotation in this claim which should have been covered also. I called them and was told because I cancelled, they didn't have to pay. So if you decide to cancel them, make sure they pay before you do. Biggest SCAM ever!!! Their stars should be -5.
