May 1st 2022 I signed a contract for **** for transport for my personal vehicle. **** was informed it was inoperable. The first driver was found quickly so a 350 deposit was taken from my acct. I contacted the driver who thought they could start my vehicle and that was the condition. They backed out when I said no and were aware it wiuksnt start because they didn't have a working winch. For 2 weeks no other driver was found and **** suggested I cancel the order. I messaged and called and told him take me off their board. I found out a week later I was still on it so called again. I had left a review and was told **** was fired In a reply comment. When I called another person answered and said they would take me off. Today, 3 weeks later I got a call from a driver metti still had me on the board and the driver was going to get my truck. I already got the truck myself 2 weeks ago. I called metti and wouldn't you know **** answered. He wasn't fired obviously. He said I never called to be taken off their board. We already got our deposit back from our bank directly with a dispute. Canceled the card used too. Now I'm afraid metti did this to have a way to get the charge back returned. They never contacted me for these 3 weeks after I said take me off the board. I told ****, I texted **** and I called to have someone else take me off
