      Booked four months in advance and they cancelled 48 hours before we arrived in *******. So many horrible reviews. ****** reviews were full of dozens times dozens of same stories as ours.one huge headache. Did get our money back.

      I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to making a reservation for a trip to ******* on 4/14/2021. Although it was two months ago, I was told on 6/16 that my reservation that I was to pick up nine days later would be canceled. I was not given a reason. I called back to get more information and was told that the van I rented would not be available due to maintenance issues. No other vehicle was offered. I was now left to find a vehicle for my trip on my own. I ended up finding one, but since it was last minute, I paid $1,000 more. LOOKING AT ZEEBA ******* TODAY and there are vehicle that are available to rent for the same time period. This transaction was fraudulent. I asked to speak with a manager to provide some additional insight or help and was never contacted. If I were to have cancelled, I would have been charged a $35 cancellation fee. I wonder if I will get my money back plus the $35 they would have charged me.

      My name is ******* ******. I made a reservation of a ********************** about planning ahead a trip to ********************** in the summer (July 2021)I made the reservation in april 2021, four months ahead, for I know, its a busy season and reservations for groups have to be done with advance.Its June 16th and a just received an email from ZeebaVans cancelling my van reservation and, evidently, jeopardizing my whole planned trip. With *****, you need to plan ahead on reservations, but Zeeba has totally lacked the touch and doesnt have the simplest customer care to provide a wide options of solutions to help the customer because of their terrible management. I never heard of a case like this before. They are telling me, one month in advance, that they are unable to provide for the desired vehicle and have no options available.Its a true disgrace, for I paid in full since April. They had my money all this months and now they just cancelled arguing basically nothing. Just cancelling and leaving me like a dirty rag.Terrible service. No phone call service available. No solutions. Nothing. Im really frustrated here and very tense now that I have to invest more time and more money (The rental costs are, evidently, higher now) to have another option, but I know I wont be able to find the vehicle I was looking for, four months ago.A true disgrace of a company! I encourage everyone to read this and do not rent with them. They charge in adavance, and, apparently so, they also cancell in advance. Lets see how quick they refund. But the damage has been done and it has been severe.
