      Ordered fenders for my 67 chevelle they arrived damaged, **** refuses to refund. Ive already filed a claim against this BS company.

      No customer serviceand everything b.o.scam don't do business with company.Was told 7 minutes till customer service would answer but 30 minutes later no answer.emailed 4 times no answer.left 2 messages for callback no callback.its a scam and everything is backordered with no communication

      back orders happen due to supply chain issues. call back requests are handled in the order received, the caller must be available to take the call as there is only 1 call made per request. your e-mail was received and the order canceled on 03/04/24 per your info@opgi request.

      Just wanted to warn others before ordering from OPGI. I made an order in April 2023 for an assembly manual.... a simple book!! It is now March 2024 and still no book. Their response is their vendor can't get it. I can find NUMEROUS copies of the SAME EXACT book on **** for LESS money!!! Their response to that was you can cancel your order and buy those. So finally... after 11 months, that's exactly what I did. Very poor customer service, extremely HIGH shipping costs only to have to wait for many, many months to get items (over 7 months for previous orders).

      We apologize that we were not able to fill this order in a timely manner. OPGI does not source product through e-bay vendors, now do we pre-bill for out of stock items. We have open orders for this manual going back to October 2023 and the vendor has not provided an expected ship date for us.

      i order 1965-1966 cadillac fleetwwod courtesy lights covers they were dam near small as a quater so i sent them back i waited 2 weeks for a refund that s*** never happen so i call he said they issue store credit instead of putting it back on my card so here we go they sent to the credit department so i talk to him today oooo looks like they just recieve it as you no they never gets to the dam phone when you call so he picks up we go through the s*** again i spent 75 dollars but they wants to send me 30 dollars back

      the customer placed the ********************** order on our website www.opgi.com. the application is correct for these lenses for the application listed, our web page has an accurate photo of the part which measures 2 inches in diameter. we refunded the customer for the cost of the **********************, less a 20% restock fee, and the customer used our return shipping label TrackingNumber: ************ for the return. his order total was $61.29 and his refund total was $34.55 . we do not feel any additional compensation is due in this case.

      You really dont want to know what I think. I ordered a set of hood hinges yall drop shipped them from ***** motor sports. The gas struts failed. After about 4 attempts of being put off by your customer service and supervisors. I contacted ***** motor sports and had to buy them. I not buy anything else from you. Your customer service needs some new training.

      we are looking into this, our latest information is that the vendor was going to replace the original struts , however , the customer wanted an upgraded version which we did not have available when the problem arose.

      I have a **** Monte ***** super sport I ordered a headliner kit. I went over it three times before ordering it after I ordered it. I got my receipt through an email. It stated that I ordered buckskin interior headliner T tops for an Oldsmobile. I have an 84 Monte ***** super sport no T tops with blue interior. I called them. They told me they dont carry that so now after spending that much money I have to wait for my package to be delivered only to return it and wait another two weeks to get a refund, so I can go find another place to order the correct headliner. If Im looking up parts for an 84 Monte ***** super sport, why would I wind up with Oldsmobile parts that have nothing to do with what Im looking for not for the fact that I triple checked before I pushed send

      Parts are great however shipping is way way too expensive. They wanted to charge me $23+ for a 4x6in package weighing approx 12 oz.

      I ordered door glass for my **** chevelle in July based on their website clearly saying it was in stock and ready for immediate shipping( drop shipping from supplier) Six weeks later and numerous calls to OPGI , with all sales people doing their best and and telling me that drop shipped orders can take up to ********************************************************************************************************************************* stock since day one. It was ready for shipping for weeks but clearly stated OPGIs account was in arrears and they were holding all shipments until they are paid! This is my 76 th order from OPGI. I do NOT wish to cancel and start all over again Please just deliver this as as soon as possible and fix whatever is wrong in own operations. Car enthusiasts need to trust what you have on your website. I do not make a habit of writing these reviews but after numerous calls and blind ended calls , it is in the interest of classic car enthusiasts to know this information . You may make your own judgements.

      My husband called here to check on his car parts order, spoke to a person by the name of ****, he stated that the car parts were not even in the warehouse as we received a email stating that parts were in the house on the following Monday would be shorted out and then shipped out to the customer, **** stated that 69 other customers were also waiting for the orders as well , after my husband ******* spoke to **** the first time , He meaning **** a rep from original car parts, then took upon his self to cancel my husband car parts order and then tried to convince my husband that he cancelled the order !!! This company is very dishonest and disrespectful !!!

      Our agent was under the impression the parts had been sourced by the customer through another supplier which may have had the available to ship. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact OPGI if you wish to reorder these items, however, we are still waiting for this vendor to fill our orders, a few of our purchase orders for one side of these control arms are over 2 years old, and the vendor has not provided an updated arrival date.

      Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with! ****, speaks over you when speaking. Dealt with this 20 plus years and currently own 5 classic vehicles which they wont be seeing any more of my business for!Took one A hole to lose this customer, I suggest not dealing with OPGI. There are a lot other restoration part places out there!

      I apologize if you received less than satisfactory service from my sales agent regarding a request for an anticipated ship date for your order. I see that we placed an order with the vendor for your part on 01/23/2023 and have requested estimated ship dates on more than one occasion. **** uses this vendor for that part due to the quality of their product and apparently they are experiencing supply chain issues. That is no excuse for our agent being rude, and I have counseled the agent on how this situation should have been handled.
