      Order a dash cover from Cover King website fallow instructions to input vehicle information 2023Hyundai santa **** SEL on 08/08/2023, deliver on 9/08/2023 didn't fit, Now 09/22/2023 E-mail cover king support after multiple e-mails explaining the problem and after back and forth emails they approve the return but I have to pay the return shipping. Paid $52.49 + tax4.06 + shipping $ ***** =$72.51 Plus Now more shipping cost . just One e-mail should fix a problem.Read the reviews on BBB before ordering from this company.

      I double checked what was ordered and the dash cover was for the *** trim but the pattern we have for the *** Premium is what fits yours. I will respond to your ticket and offer an even exchange if we were in the wrong in any way. Thank you.

      Bought a dashmat for my 2022 Ram **** Big Horn and after 2 months the edging strip that goes around the edges started to fade and turn purple/gray so started a return for replacement. Had me cut the dashmat in half and they sent me another one. This time the quality and fitment was c*** and it's like they took all the scraps and made me another one with different tones and material placement, Put togetherlike Frankenstein? . Look like SHIT! Now I've sent all the pictures comparing the 2 and showing the crappy replacement and they still say that's the way their made and I have to live with it? No no refund? No replacement? Bad quality products and customer service! PLEASE STAY AWAY! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING!!

      Since our last conversation, we changed the fabric for you from your original choice. The material you originally ordered was Velour which does have a nap that *** go in different directions - we are now sending your a replacement in Polycarpet. I hope that helps. Thank you.

      I ordered a Coverking Dash cover online after speaking with their customer service by phone. We specifically discussed my vehicle and options. They charged me for the order. After two more weeks, I called to get an update. The material was out of stock with no estimated date. ****** was rude and disrespectful. He offered no reason why they charged me for an order they knew they couldn't fulfill. He said it is not their policy to notify customers. And when I asked if he could do anything to make this right, such as using another material that is in stock, he declined, saying that I had refunded the order. MOST DISRESPECTFUL. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SUPER DISHONEST. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR SIMILAR PRODUCTS.

      Covering advertises that they sell car bras for **** ****** but the ones they sell for this particular car will not fit .They refuse to issue refunds. They are cheating people.

      Re: ******** Any returns would go back to the retailer where the purchase was originally made and paid for - Car ID (www.carid.com). Also, the bumper has been modified with a license plate bracket, so this would not apply to the patterns we do offer.

      Horrible product and service. I ordered (order#******) 2 custom seat covers and 1 dash cover for my vehicle. Both seat covers didn't fit, I had to go back and forth with their robotic & nonresponsive customer support chat (because they made it as hard as possible for you to get any help on returning or replacing). Then once they accepted the **** they played around by providing the address to return but wouldn't provide a return label for a defective product. I had to dispute the transaction in order to get the return labels. After I shipped my return label, they pretend that I wanted to keep the dash cover (which they never shipped out to me.) So they stole my money from the remaining transaction because I never got a refund on the dash cover. Don't order from this site. They will take your money and ship you c*** with no customer support. This complaint is not about processing time or anything, I have no problem waiting for my stuff. However, they shipped me defective seat covers, and they never shipped me the dash cover, but they marked it as shipped on the tracking for the order. Not happy.

      Re: Order #****** I apologize that ************************** is frustrated with his experience at Coverking, but I do see that we have already confirmed with him that the cost of the dash cover has been refunded along with the refund made for both sets of seat covers. I also see that copies of both refunds were forwarded over to ************************** during contact in our support ticket #******. If he would like copies of these refunds as proof once again, please ask him to respond to the last email correspondence he received and they can get that to him. Thank you.

      Coverking only responded after the charge was disputed, and I tried to work with them through their customer support beforehand. Also, I only received these "proofs" after I file this complaint, so nothing was resolved before I disputed the transaction and filed this complaint. Timespan since I reached out to them is almost 2 months now.

      Ordered cover and filled out form correctly. Received right size on shipment however there was no antenna pocket on cover and there was no storage bag included. Emailed them and got no response for three weeks. Gave up and am hoping there will be no wear on top of cover where antenna pocket should be and ordered storage bag on line for $9.95. I have six vehicles and winter store three and sometimes four of them. Was looking at a long term relationship with them and ordered one cover at first to see how how transaction would go. Will have to move along with another ***

      Order #****** When ordering directly through Coverking, any of the accessories (storage bag, lock & cable, etc.) are order separately and are not offered as a package. Some of our retailers offer packages, but Coverking does not.Also, the description of a car cover should indicate whether there is an antenna pocket included; whereas, this did not say anything about that in the description chosen: "Coupe, with or without small lip wing." I hope this helps to explain better.Thank you.

      Very bad business, do not care about customers request. I received an item was created for a different type of vehicle, and my request for return the business was trying to argue with me the item was right, I paid for completely wrong item had to pay for 2-day delivery which took over 10 days actually and had to pay for return and now I cannot receive my refund.

      SO ******** - Regarding the 2 day delivery. If you track under Fed Ex tracking ***************, it shows that this was picked up by Fed Ex on 7/22 and delivered on 7/24. Regarding the fit of the dash cover, the photos you submitted showed the dash cover fitted on your dash backwards. I did not see a photo showing the dash cover with the vent cut outs positioned in the front which is opposite edge. I still do not see receipt of your return under SR0212499. If you have delivery date, it would take 5 to 7 business days to check in once received here. If you need further assistance, please email: [email protected] with your return tracking #. Thank you.

      No, here is absolute lie! Because my order was made in May, and item was shipped in June. I have all email with confirmation on sshippment and the item was sent on the June 20 and received June 24. Here is tracking # ***************, here is proof there were 4 days delivery not 2-days and I was charged for it. On the box was stated shipping date is 12June. And I sent all pictures how the dashmat laid on. And I sent three pictures the item is not right. So are you trying to blame on customer when you do not do a right thing? The item was very smalI. During ordering I put correct info what type of vehicle I request the dashmat. I wish I could attach here the pictures. Instead of apologizing you are lying now.

      Horrible company! They will close out your complaint and force you to pay return shipping for a substandard, crappy product. Run from this company! They only care about taking your money and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! The instructions and videos are useless. Customer service is non-existent! The woman who answered the phone was not familiar with the product and kept putting me on hold. She sounded ********, but the emails are clearly broken English from a foreign country. They are hoping you'll believe the ********** address means you'll be dealing with a **** company with **** customer service. You won't be! Honestly, this company is a charade. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere! A waste of my time and money!

      They were shipped back today. It cost me $$27.75 to mail them back. I will gladly provide you with the tracking number if your customer service representative does email me. They haven't yet.

      I ordered the Rhinohide seat covers. They fit and looked MUCH better online. Material was nice, but it was bunchy in a few spots where it was a little too big. I paid almost $700, so I was dissatisfied it didn't fit like the images, the stitching style looked much more geriatric, not modern like the images. I went through the return process. I paid $61 to ship it back and was told I'd be refunded after **** days upon them receiving it. 10 days after *** confirmation, I contacted them, still no return. After 18 days, I got my bank involved to reverse the charge. I now got an email saying I owe them the money back or they'll put a lien on me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

      I ordered a Charcoal grey dash cover for ******. When I receive the dash cover it looked more like a light silver ****. I contacted the company through email. I was then connected through a support webpage that was not user-friendly. They wanted me to send them a picture of the dash cover. So I did. They replied and said that was the charcoal **** though everyone says its silver ****. And the quality of the material was terrible. They said they do not do return labels I have to ship it back myself. I spent ***** returning this and its original package. Today I got an email stating a refund of $76.99. Im confused why Im only receiving that amount when I paid for shipping out of my pocket. Communication with this company was terrible. I do not feel confident in this company that they care about their customers and that they are a company of integrity. I think they are shady, and use poor quality in their dash covers. They basically have robbed me of my money and they received their product back. I would never recommend this company to anyone buyer beware!
