*** was very professional and straight, rare for a car salesman. Very easy to talk to. This dealer will not nickel and dime you. The only thing is it is hard to contact anybody by office phone and every call goes to voice mail unless you have their personal cell number. I would deal with this dealer again.

I leased a 2021 **** Ranger *** from Theodore Robins Ford on June 26th. The deal went swimmingly and they were happy to take my money. Before driving off, the salesperson generated a Due **** acknowledging that there were three missing accessories that I was entitled to have at no extra charge, as they were part of the standard features for the *** model.After calling over and over for almost 3 weeks to find out when I would receive these items, and never receiving a straight answer, I drove down from Corona to the dealership to talk to them in person. I told the Sales Manager that I was promised these items - a spare key, floor mats and an owners manual, and he said that the floor mats were NOT necessarily standard. When I told him that the official **** Brochure specifically listed them as standard, he said something to the effect of, "**** is different like that."In fact, Division 5, Chapter 4, of the ********** Vehicle Code states that it is a violation of law if the dealer does the following:"11713.16.(h) Advertise[s] the price of a new vehicle or class of new vehicles unless the vehicle or vehicles have all of the equipment listed as standard by the manufacturer or distributor or the dealer has replaced the standard equipment with equipment of higher value."I think that's pretty straightforward; if the manufacturer says the equipment is standard, then the dealership must provide that equipment or better equipment. So, no, **** is not "different like that."And here we are, nearly 10 WEEKS from the day of purchase, and I have yet to receive the items I was promised in a signed document from the dealership. I've contacted the Salesperson, the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator, the **************** and finally the General Manager, and I have yet to hear back from them. What a shameful way to conduct business.Their Mission Statement reads:"All Dealership personnel will treat every customer as a potential lifetime purchaser, communicating a professional image that embraces honesty and concern for customer wants and needs.""Golf, Seadoo's (sic), Sigma Phi Epsilon" are **** Robins' self-described 2-year college career highlights. ****** any dedication this family-run business had to its customers went out the window with a bygone generation. This company is spoiled to the core.
