Called in (on a Monday) to buy a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado trail boss. I was paired up with *******. after answering his question for my address and telling him about my truck for trade in and asking him a few questions (with literally no responses) he told finally responded and said "he was headed out and wanted to revisit this tomorrow". The next day I tried contacting him but again no response. I then called in the next day and learned he was actually off for 4 more days. I brushed that off and got paired with Mo (a different salesman) mo was more helpful and answered my questions (very slowly and drawn out through text for 2 days.) I asked to buy the truck that had a price tag of $50,675 for exactly ****** before taxes and fees. Again, I was only asking for $675.00 off on a $****** deal BEFORE TAXES AND FEES. I was refused that deal as well as receiving an insulting trade in value for my 2010 ****** frontier with 1****** miles on it that has nothing wrong with it but some faded paint of $5000. I brushed that off as well and decided to put cash down instead. The financing deal offered to me by Mo would have made me pay $64,000.00 for the truck at $761 for 82 months. I slept on that for a night and the next day (Friday) the salesman that ghosted me for a week (*******) reached out to me and asked if I want to bring my truck in for a trade in value. I said (''no, I would like the out the door price for the truck instead and I'll put cash down'') he told me he couldn't give the price because he didn't know exactly what he could offer me for "MY TRUCK" when I responded "you cant give me the price for your truck because you need to know the price of mine?' he responded with "I thought mo gave you the price. anyway, it sold today is there another truck you might want?''!!!!!!!? where do they do this at?? Took our **** Saturn View to Bob Stall Chevrolet the end of last year. They had our car for 4 months trying to fix the problem. We finally got it back and the problem was still there and I had to get a tow truck because the Vue stalled on Interstate 94. Unfortunately we took it back to them and said please help us get the problem solved. After spending over $2000 with no results , we want a refund.
