I was thinking about purchasing a Black Vital Fit Track, Sports Watch, but was waiting for the person I would send it to so she could let me know if she wanted it. She's still at work, so I didn't complete the purchase. Well, upon checking my email I found a receipt saying "THANKS FOR YOUR ORDER." I called and explained the situation to customer service, and he said that there was a glitch on their website. I THINK NOT! It was designed that way on purpose. After trying to talk me into keeping the order, I told him that I only wanted the credit back to my card. So, I'll have to check my account for the next few days to make sure it's credited back. This is supposed to be an American business, but I believe that the call came from India. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
