Description
Saw an ad on Facebook for a product I was interested in. Went to the heyisail.com website (I guess the company also goes by shiptosail.com) and ordered the item. Paid for it. Many days went by and no shipment confirmation so I sent in an inquiry to get the status of shipment. No response. I have tried several times since then and no response. It advertises Customer Service support "24/7", but clearly that's not the case. To make it worse, they are still sending me solicitation emails to buy more things. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise on social media and more people need to know it's a scam site.
