We found a product online and sent a purchase order to [email protected] to place our order for a large project. They happily accepted our order, sent us an invoice, and we paid with our credit card. We sent multiple follow up emails throughout five months, in which we rarely received any responses, and every response received dodged our questions. The other email addresses are [email protected] ; [email protected] ; and [email protected] . In my last two follow up emails the only response I received was that our concern was escalated for further review and they would get back to us with the highest priority. They will not send me any information about who it was escalated to, or anything else.
