I attempted to order 1 bottle of Keto Trim Max supplements. They sent 5 bottles for 198.78. I called them to cancel the order and told them of the mistake. The package was delivered and returned unopened on 5/24/23. and I filed a fraud dispute with my bank. The vendor hung up on the bank case worker. I called the vendor on 6/19/23 and they stated that since it was an "involuntary return-Unauthorized" they would only refund $70.00. The bank is still working the case but this is a "bait and switch" scam and the company just wants to keep your money. They refused to allow me to speak with a manager.
