My wife ordered a dress from Noracora.com and when received it was too small and we needed to return it. Their complete return policy does not appear on their return policy page on their website. After Noracaro.co provided additional information we found their return policy required that we either return the dress to their return center in Guangzhou, China and pay all return fees including any customs fees or accept a refund of $15. What a rip off. The package containing the dress had a return address of RTS, Box 39, Jamaica, NY 11434-0031. It is obvious Noracaro has a presence in the US where returns could be sent. We firmly believe what Noracora is doing is illegal and fraudulent. We disputed the charge with our credit card provider and received a full credit. We would never do business with this firm again and suggest the same for anyone else considering doing business with Noracaro. We firmly believe that RTS is either a part or is in business with Noracaro and part of their return policy scam. It might be worth you folks investigating. Additionally, the Noracora web site ONLY contains their Web signature (Noracora.com) and NO telephone # anywhere.
