I purchased two bottles of a mop solution after seeing the company’s advertisement on TikTok promoting the product and a 15% holiday discount. My total came to $56.90, which I paid on December 1, 2025. I received an order confirmation and tracking number, but the package never arrived. The tracking information showed it reached a distribution center in my state, then was unexpectedly routed back to the sender. I contacted the company multiple times by email and received only one unhelpful response with no resolution. On January 1, 2026, the company charged my account again—this time for $72.95—using the same order information. When I reached out to dispute the charge and provided screenshots proving I never received any product, they did not acknowledge my refund request or address the issue. The phone number listed directs customers to an online portal that offers no real support. The company later claimed the second charge was due to an “automatic monthly draft,” which I never authorized. I emailed again with additional proof, but I have not received any further replies. I am requesting a full refund for both charges and assistance in resolving this matter.
