Description

My 88 y/o mom purchased rejuva joint supplement. She only wanted to try one bottle. Shortly after, she received an email from them upselling her the product. 6 bottles at $612.92 and 3 bottles at $310.17. On 10/30/25 my mom quickly responded to [email protected] that she did not order $900 worth of product. They responded with thank you for reaching out..before we proceed...we are here to support you... blah blah. If you still wish to proceed with the cancellation, please confirm your order # so our team can review it immediately. My mom confirmed back it was order #557 My mom received a reply the next day. They said if you decide to keep the bottles, we'll include a free bottle of night restore, you'll receive free access to our app. Please confirm. Instead of helping cancel the order, the company tried to sell her more products. My mom replied with "NO THANK YOU". No replies! On 11/3/25 my mom sent another email. "I asked you not to send all those containers and yet you charged me for it before they were shipped." "I need a refund". 11/4/25 Confirmation email to my mom. Thank you for your message, were sorry for the frustration. i understand your concern, i assure you we're here to resolve it as quickly as possible, blah blah... "your request for cancellation and removal from our mailing list has been noted". Before finalizing anything, we ask you to watch our video that explains the benefits of memo forever. Once reviewing our video, if you still wish to proceed with your refund, please complete our refund request form (which she did) and we will handle this matter. My mom filled out the form. After the form was filled out, she received a message saying to check her email inbox and spam folder for a confirmation. A confirmation never came! On 11/4/25 she replied to the previous email saying "yes, please cancel". Still no reply from memo forever. On 11/12/25 she emailed one last time, saying "I kept telling you I, do not want your products. I will be refusing your shipment and having it returned to sender". "I want a refund". According to USPS the products weren't mailed out until 11/4/25. USPS attempted to deliver the products on 11/10/25 which my mom refused, and it was sent back to sender. As of 11/19/25, USPS still shows the product in transit; arriving late. Finally, on 12/17/25 we found a workable number (866-637-2482) and finally got through to someone. He said he would refund us 1/2 the amount billed ($461.54). My mom did receive that. But we would have to wait until the product was officially returned to get the full refund. We waited one month. As of 1/16/26, USPS tracking has not changed, still says in transit; arriving late. My mom called back twice today 1/16/26 and was told it is past the return time; nothing can be done and each time was hung up on. I cannot be more disappointed with this horrific customer service and lack of integrity and how they took advantage of an 88-year-old lady.
