Coat was delivered balled up in a plastic bag covered in tape. This was advertised as: Stylish warmth for every winter day. Designed to keep you warm and elegant, making it a versatile addition to your wardrobe suitable for all occasions. The picture on the website did not resemble the coat delivered. There was no texture to the cheap, thin, felted polyester the coat is made of, it is unlined and looks like a 7th grade sewing project poorly done. Certainly not worth the money. I contacted the company the same day it arrived and asked for an address to send the coat back for a refund. The web site used to say hassle free returns, I understand now why they do not promise anything like that. Come to find out, you have to return the item to China! They first offered a small store credit and I could keep the coat. I refused since I do not trust the quality of their merchandise. I insisted on a full refund multiple times and each reply offered something more. More store credit, and finally lots of store credit or 50% refund and I can keep the coat. They never did provide a way to return the coat for a full refund. There is no phone number listed and current photos on Facebook look to be totally fake. There seems to be no actual store in Nashville.
