I posted my resume at caljobs.ca.gov; someone sent me an sms for new job opportunity, and they said that they find me from Caljobs. They send me a meeting email. but meeting wasn't personal meeting, they did chat from Microsoft teams, I asked to do a video call, they stayed silent.
