I believe this order is fraudulent due to clear product misrepresentation. The shoes I received are drastically different from the product advertised on the website. The images used in the listing show a well-constructed, high-quality shoe made of what appears to be durable and premium materials. In reality, the item I received is extremely low quality, made of very thin, cheap materials, and resembles a toy or costume shoe rather than real footwear. The construction, weight, finish, and materials are not even remotely close to what is shown in the product photos. This is not a minor difference or a matter of expectation — it is a completely different level of quality. The product received would not reasonably be considered the same item presented in the listing. Additionally: - The seller advertises free returns, but has not responded to my attempts to initiate a return. - The seller is unresponsive, preventing resolution through normal customer service. - The product’s quality strongly suggests the use of misleading or stock images that do not represent the actual item being sold. For these reasons, I believe this transaction qualifies as product misrepresentation and deceptive advertising. I am requesting a full refund. I am willing to return the item if provided with prepaid return shipping, as advertised, but I will not pay return shipping costs for an item that was misrepresented.
