Description
Advertisement on liquid soap for floors. On 11/17 purchase was made using Apply Pay. On 11/20, SHOP alert stated delivery was DELAYED in Brooklyn NY and shipment never moved. Sent multiple inquiries concerning product and response was very general. Asked for refund on 12/10. Blyss attempted another payment on 12/17 based on “subscription”. Sent email to cancel and it was extremely difficult to locate personal information on payment which they had it locked. Did find a way to delete Apple Pay from website. To date, still sending notifications that shipment is delayed.
