Description
Centennial Medical Supply LLC, using my Social Security number, billed Medicare for two (dates 6/4/25 and 7/3/25) urinary catheters ($2,250.00 each). Medicare paid $1,764.00 both times. My understanding this scam is a common occurrence with this company. I'm currently interacting with Medicare for resolution.
