Description
This company billed Medicare for over $17,000 and was paid over $12,000 by Medicare. I know since I received a Medicare Statement with charges for Catheters and elbow, knee and Lumbar orthotics. None of these items were ever requested, prescribed or received by me. All were ordered by a Dr Thomas B Artau who I have never met. Never been to Coral Springs Fl. I have reported this all to Medicare Fraud Department.
