I ordered merchandise from La Femme Wanderer online and package was sent a couple weeks later. Upon opening the package I realized the company sent items different than what we’re ordered, some of the items appeared not completely sawn as if the garments were unfinished, moreover the cuts and edges were all raw. It was a complete disaster and just unacceptable. I have contacted the merchant daily since opening the package and have yet to receive a response. The La Femme Wanderer website does not contain any numbers and only has an email address [email protected]. The merchant lists specific instructions for initiating of return, including sending an email to that address and sending photos with the items description of them, and the reason for each item all of which I followed and have repeatedly emailed back for a response. In their website, lafemmewanderer.com, they have a 14 day return policy upon arrival of package. It appears they are trying to run out this timeline so as not to initiate a refund.
