I was reading reviews of Bluetooth headphones online and the brand I wanted had a link to TopDealsMax. The headphone brand was SynxBeat V2 and they were on sale. I ordered them. When we received them they did not work. When we were submitting the complaint for a refund we realized the headphones were not the brand we had ordered but a much cheaper brand. The company made us jump through hoops taking pictures and making videos of the headset and also claimed that advertising a different brand was part of their marketing strategy. I call it “bait & switch”. They will not give us a postage-paid return shipping label for us to return the headset so that we can get a full refund. The headset is NOT what we ordered and does not work.
