Description
Purchase was made with promise of satisfaction or free exchange within 30 days. It took forever to get tracking info but items did eventually arrive over a month later after I emailed about it. When trying do free exchange within 30 days I never received anything. Just a couple of emails offering discounts and promises of my free exchange, then nothing. I followed up over a month later and got no response.
