Glowdime advertised a Stanley cup decorated with labubu's, and a free labubu with the purchase (ad was on Pinterest). I ordered on August 2, 2025 and paid $98.39 through paypal. Aug 11 I sent an email asking when it would be shipped (as it was supposed to be within a few business days of order). They did respond on Aug 12 saying they were changing warehouses and it delayed some of their shipments (they did offer a refund, however I said I'd like the item). On Sept 15 I send another email asking when it was going to be shipped,on Sept 17, they replied that they would ship an "new order' asap. Oct 3, Oct 9, Oct 24, Oct 28 I sent emails again asking when the item was going to be shipped, those 4 emails, I got NO response. I checked their website and it says "Pardon our dust, we are working on something amazing check back soon (that notification has been up for at least six weeks that I'm aware of.
