I own a LLC registered in Virginia. State's annual $50.00 registration is billed in January every year. This scammer was pretending to be an agency acting on behalf of the State Corporation Corporation and trying to collect $195.00 in December in order to pay the $50.00 on my company's behalf. Don't fall for it!
