Description
I ordered products from the DTWOO website. One item was delivered, but I received an email stating the other two items were out of stock in the U.S. warehouse and would be shipped from a foreign warehouse. A few days later, I received the second package, but it arrived sealed with no product inside. Nothing was included in the package, and it appears to be fraudulent. The website claims the order was delivered and suggests the package was stolen, which is not true. The company has not provided any resolution to my claim, and they are likely scamming others by sending empty packages. Please investigate.
