Description

On January 27, 2025, I received the attached letter from Princess Cruises on their letterhead. I had completed my first Princess Cruise on December 18, 2024. The letter claimed I had a balance from my recent cruise when my balance was paid in full before I debarked the ship. I called the telephone number listed on the letter, 855-468-2418 but it was a voicemail which made me suspicious. I did not leave a message. I then contacted Princess using their website to find another phone number 800-774-6237 to follow up which they claim I had no balance. I received a second letter from Princess Cruises and then someone contacted me from 818-646-6749 asking to pay this balance. The fact this is being used on a fake Princess Cruises letterhead and it used my correct invoice number, it seems like this is an inside job. This is a scam and I am afraid a nonsuspecting person will blindly pay this amount due claim. Please investigate this.
