Ordered eye frames that were similar in price to brand new glasses, no notice on the webpage specifically stating glasses were not used. Received stained used frames. After order was not overnighted per order. Contacted merchant who stated the FAQ states may not be 100% new. But these are used used. Sent frames back after being told all this and that all Tiffany and co glasses come this way. Emailed informing of tracking number. And then emailed again when tracking stated delivered that I expected refund in 24-48 hours. No response to that email was received and refund was not issued. I filed a dispute with the bank near closing time 3:40pm. At 5pm company emailed stating their policy was 72 hours and why would I file a dispute. And charged me the $30 they were charged.
