Revoked Accreditation

Revocation of BBB Accreditation

Revocations are issued to Accredited Businesses by the BBB's Board of Directors that failed to meet the standards of accreditation.  This includes maintaining proper licensing (municipal and provincial) and responding to consumer complaints.

A revoked accreditation status is in effect for one year, whereafter the business may reapply for BBB Accreditation once previous licensing issues or complaints have been properly resolved.
