              When you need a locksmith you (obviously) start the process by calling multiple companies but you end up getting dispatch services that farm out the work. I wanted to find a locksmith that owned his/her own company and would come out themselves and so after phoning about 10 supposed companies, I found Tim. He was polite and told me he was working and would get back to me. He followed through and phoned 2 days later and said he was in my area and could stop by. He showed up with his son in their vans packed with gear and installed everything I needed. Both were friendly and highly capable. He had a mini vacuum with him and left my home clean with no trace of his work. I appreciate that greatly and I love supporting small businesses. If you want the real deal and the owner of a business who takes great pride in their work, is super knowledgeable, and cares about your home then Tim is your guy!! - Lady M*****l
