              The windows that we got have a warranty for as long as you own your house.. one of the windows failed and you can’t see through it.. it takes up half a wall in our living room so it’s large. It’s been over 3 years trying to get them to replace it… they were supposed to come yesterday and didn’t even call.. when I called them they said it broke in the warehouse and would get back to me in 1 hour now nothing

              We started working with American Vision Windows in June 2023 to have new windows installed. To date, this project remains incomplete. First issue encountered was the company ordered the wrong size window, and instead of taking responsibility for the error and moving in the direction of service recovery, we were blamed and told we will need to pay the difference between the window delivered and the one will clearly told the salesperson we wanted. Second issue experienced was the company's lack of oversight and communication with the contractors assigned to do the work. We were provided a window of time when contractors were scheduled to complete tasks, however, on several occasions, the time period ended with absolutely no status update from the company. When we reached out to the company we were provided the contractors information to follow up ourselves. Lastly, when we signed the contract with American Vision Windows, we were told by the salesperson that he would oversee our project through completion with routine check-ins. No one has initiated contact with us. We will not be using this company again.
