FRAUD!!!! This company does not stand behind its product, which DOES NOT do as claimed. After remodeling my bathroom, I decide to add Enduro-shield to my shower glass enclosure as everything else had been upgraded. About 6 months after installation, I began to notice spotting that wouldn't go away, even after cleaning as directed by the warranty pamphlet. I contacted the company several times via phone and finally received an email reply about 3 weeks later on Feb 25th stating my voicemail was received and that a representative would contact me the next day. On March 3rd I emailed them advising them I never received a call. That email wasn't acknowledged until March 8th. I already began to see a pattern which continued. After several back and forth's via email and phone the end result is as follows: First they attempted to offer me a kit which I would have to do myself as they claim they don't have representatives to do this work in FL. Once I rejected this, I was told that the spotting was caused to lack of cleaning on my part and thus they are not responsible. Weekly cleaning on my part so I know this was not the case. Then after some back and forth he stated that I wasn't even covered under warranty because I never registered my product as they didn't find me in their database. Mind you I have a copy of my registration certificate which I found after our conversation. The representative then implied that because I wasn't in their database, that I don't actually have their product and possibly was scammed by my glass installer. He insisted I provide them this information. (it was included in my email, so clearly they aren't even reading emails) It's unbelievable how this company will look for anyone to be a scape goat instead of just standing behind their product. STAY AWAY from Enduro shield. Save yourself the aggravation and money and just use Rain X. It probably will do a better job. In the hole for $161 as it was "professionally" applied to my glass.
