Their assessment revealed a substantial difference in pricing, with Lloyd's Plumbing providing a quote of $762.56 for similar services, further confirming my suspicions of overcharging by Thousand Oaks Plumbing. Feeling disillusioned by the lack of accountability and ethical conduct displayed by Thousand Oaks Plumbing, I expressed my intention to report the company's practices to the Better Business Bureau and share my negative experience online. It is my sincere belief that others should be cautious when considering Thousand Oaks Plumbing's services, as their actions do not align with ethical business practices.
