SCAM! They send an invoice for printer ribbon we DID NOT order. They must assume enough business owners don’t pay their own invoices and catch that they are being charged for product they never ordered. These people are taking advantage of small business owners and should be SHUT DOWN! BBB, please help make sure more people don’t fall victim to this illegitimate business.Review from Amber T

Unfortunately, this is our second time falling victim to this scam. I am so fed up with their phone calls/attempts and wish there was more we could do to block their calls. Cold call asks an unauthorized employee if our kitchen printer is working, claims our ink ribbons are back in stock, and asks if that unauthorized person would like to go ahead and order the ink. At this particular attempt, the employee states that the authorized person isn't in and to call back. To which Triton Imaging Solutions sends an outrageously priced box of printer ink that isn't needed and follows up later with the invoice. I am sending this back immediately and will trash the invoice when it arrives. Such an inconvenience to have to go by the post office and pay to ship this back when it wasn't even ordered. I wish they'd take our number out of their system.Review from tara k

This company is a complete scam. Received $8 ribbon cartridge and a $132 invoice. Tried calling to let them know we did not order any product for them, but no answer. This matches other reviews as well. Company is a scam. Do not pay any invoice you receive from them.Review from Patrick G

This company called our host desk, asked what kind of printers we used. We DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER. WE DID NOT APPROVE ANY SALES OR PURCHASE. WE DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE OR WHAT THEY DO. THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE AN EXORBITANT PRICE FOR THE "PRODUCT". Again, we did not order any printer ribbon from them and they shipped it anyway. We purchase this through our LOCAL vendor with a PO and with proper approval. THIS IS A SCAM! I have attempted to call MULTIPLE TIMES with no answer and no return call. They have a VM system saying *********" are busy on multiple numbers that I have found for them. Again.....THIS IS A SCAM! I don't care what kind of response they post. They also claim to be a highly rated Better Business Bureau company!! HA HA They claim to be A+ The are not BBB Accredited and have an F rating.Review from Tanya U

We are experiencing the exact same fraud issues as everyone's reviews. Someone from the company called the restaurant and the next thing I know I receive an invoice and none of my staff every order the product. Plus, none of my managers every opened a box from this company. We use Slack to ask the owner if the package should be opened or not and no where does this company's name appear in our thread. I also reviewed the invoice in detail and no where is there a tracking number to provide information on a shipment never ordered nor received. 100% scam! and a complete waste of my time.Review from JENNIFER S

THIS COMPANY WHO ALSO CALLS THEMSELVES TRITON IMAGING SYSTEMS WITH THE SAME ADDRESS CALLED AND SPOKE TO A EMPLOYEE ABOUT RIBBONS FOR A PRINTER. THE EMPLOYEE TOLD WHO EVER CALLED THAT THEY DID NOT WANT ANYTHING AND NOT TO SEND ANYTHING. ONE WEEK LATER THIS COMPANY SENT 50 RIBBONS TO US. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM. I'VE CALLED AND MY EMPLOYEE HAS CALLED AND NO ONE HAS CALLED US BACK. ALL YOU GET IS A ANSWERING MACHINE AND THERE IS NO EMAIL. THE INVOICE ON THE PACKING SLIP IS 698565 DATED 05/02/22. I WILL BE RETUNING THEM WHEN I GET A PREPAID RETURN LABEL.

This company is a scam!! They call your restaurant and claim that all your printers are low on ribbon, and ask who is the manager, once they have the managers name, they send 1 box(6) pack on ribbon and mail you an invoice for $132!! They normally cost $8. When you call, you must leave a message, then you get a call back from an "unknown number", they then tell you in broken English that our manager (who is me) authorized the purchase, which is completely false! I wasn't event at work the day they claimed i authorized it. Luckily we did not fall for this. I told them to loose our information and never call again, which she responded "okay thank you" and hung up!Review from drew

This company calls up and acts like we do business with them and gets whomever answers the phone to verbally say yes to the order of ribbons for our printers, when these people are not cleared to order. They then continue to send extremely inflated pricing ribbons. They dont answer their phones so you can dispute anything either. Total scam.Review from Peter M

complete scam artists. Called my restaurant, spoke with an manager and explained that I (the owner) was needing back ordered printer ribbons (completely false, I never have ordered from this BS vendor...I have always used the same local vendor). Sent me 6 ribbons for $132.67....the same exact ribbon I buy locally for $3
